Christmas in Oregon

We had so much fun in Oregon this year. We loved getting to spend some time with family up there. Christmas break was jam packed with fun activities. We spent several nights at a beautiful beach house that had a gorgeous view of the ocean, celebrated Dawn being pregnant with a fun baby shower, enjoyed our homemade Christmas gifts, spoke with Patrick (who is on his mission in Brazil), went to the zoo, saw Christmas lights, explored Portland, tried Voodoo Doughnuts, stayed in a few hotels, danced our hearts out, played The Great Dalmuti a couple hundred times, but most of all we made memories and enjoyed the time we spent with our family; we miss them already.
We made some fun sugar cookies

For several days we all took tur working on a puzzle and finally finished it the day after Christmas

The beautiful Christmas tree and all the homemade gifts

Still talking with Patrick

This is probably one of my most favorite pictures ever!! Juliann hugging the monkey we made.

Jake and I got homemade snuggies from Halie, we use them all the time!!

Shauna made this awesome beard face warmer thing for Ben, is was so awesome!!

The super cute pillows that Ben and Dawn made for Matt and Taylor. Also you can slightly see the picture next to Taylor that Ben and Dawn made as well, it is so stinking cute!!

The gorgeous view from one of the beach house windows. The beach house was absolutely amazing!! Such a great Christmas suprise!

Juliann and I were enjoying our suckers that turned our tongues blue and green.

After a little warming up to each other, we became best friends. I really miss Juj, I hope she remembers all the fun we had over the break. I love that girl.

A rainy trip in Portland!!

The legendary Voodoo doughnuts, they definitely lived up to the name. They were AMAZING!!

The headless voodoo doughnut!

Jake became a monkey on our trip to the zoo.

The lights at the zoo were super cool. Most of the pictures didn't turn out very well though.

Christmas break was amazing! We are so happy we had the chance to spend time in Oregon. We love and miss our family out there and can't wait to see them again soon. Happy  New Year!!
